I was just poking around your website and downloaded the the user manual and all I can say is your attention to detail is fantastic. I cant imagine how good your amps are. Sorry for the out of the blue comment but I was so impressed I had to say something.

Very nice! This is a rockin' amp, I'll tell you. Any Hillbilly would be happy as an anorexic's pig to have one of these!

Hey Humbucker, thanks for your comments. I never owned a cat so I can't say how accurate your comparison is. I'm always surprised by the 6L6 vs EL34 divide between guitarists, therefore all production amps since last year are fitted with 7591 tubes as standard. As you can see there's not a single digit/letter common with the other two.
The amp can be delivered with almost any power tubes KT66,77 EL34, 5881, 6560 etc. You can even name your amp...
Thanks again for signing the guest book

Nice sounds, but I'm partial to growly EL34's and can't stand the sound of 6L6's - like cats meowing in menopause - maybe KT66's will kick it? I find some familiarity with especially Lehnert and even Black Dog amp sounds (R.I.P.) even though the designs seem to be different. Just give me more soundclips, with EL34's if you please, and maybe I'll fall in love. Kudos!

I have tested 2 different versions, of the Tubewonder. More and less gain. Thank You for that, Alex! I can honestly tell You All, that this is one of the best sounding amps i have ever come across. Not only that. It can give You a great palette, of different sounds. All of them good. The good sound, is given to You at a pleasant level of volume. You don't have to be loud, to sound nice. You can sound nice at home too. :-) One very good thing, is that the sound does not alter much, with volume-changes. Not many amps, that can handle that. Fingerpicking dynamics and volume-rolloff on the guitar, is the way to go with this amp. No need for more channels. One is enough! Good job Alex! Regards Lasse

Wow!!! What great looking and sounding amps. I am always amazed at how much of the true sound we have captured in a amp, and how much more is still left in the guitar and picker. But that is what keeps us picking up our guitars over and over again!!! Rock On Tubewonder.
